ICET 2015 Eligibility Criteria

Following are the eligibility criteria for appearing in Andhra Pradesh ICET 2015:

a) You should be an Indian National and should satisfy local/non-local status requirements stated in the the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admission) Order, 1974 as amended up to date.

b) If you are not an Indian, then you should satisfy the rules of the concerned university.

c) i. For admission to MBA programs: You should have passed a recognized ( at least 3 year) Bachelors degree program with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) in the qualifying examination.
   ii. For admission to MCA programs: You should have passed a recognized ( at least 3 year) Bachelors degree program with at least 50% marks (45% marks for reserved categories) in the qualifying examination with Mathematics at 10+2 level. 

d) If your qualifying degree is a Distance Mode Program, then it should be recognised by the joint committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC.

e) You are eligible to apply for AP ICET 2015 even if you are appearing for the final year degree examination.

f) Admission into any college depends on its Recognition/Affiliation by the Statutory Bodies.

g) Qualifying marks in ICET 2015 is 25% for general candidates; SC/ ST candidates don't have any minimum marks for qualifying.
