You will have to compulsorily participate in the 100 meters run, 800/400 meters run (depending on if you are male or female) and the shotput. You will have the option to choose between High Jump and Long Jump, and this will have to be mentioned in the application. You cannot change your option during the time of the test.

Skill Test in Game

From the following 11 games, you will have to choose any one of these games to be tested in:

1. Ball Badminton

2. Basketball

3. Cricket

4. Football

5. Handball

6. Hockey

7. Kabaddi

8. Kho-Kho

9. Shuttle Badminton

10. Tennis

11. Volleyball

You can only choose ONE game. If you do not choose any game, you lose the chance to appear for the 100 marks allotted to this test. If you choose more than one game, you will not be allowed to appear for this test. Choose wisely, as you will not be allowed to change your option later.

If you have heart ailments, or any other ailment you are advised to not appear for the tests. Participation in the Physical fitness tests may cause injuries. Do not appear if you are pregnant, as it will put you and the child in harm's way.
